The Positive Birth Class
There is so much misinformation, fear and judgement circling around birth. My classes are a safe space where you can ask questions, learn about your body’s and baby’s physiological process during labour and practice relaxation techniques.

I strongly believe in a women’s ability to birth their baby and I would love to help you see that you are built to birth. You will also have access to so many online resources to keep practicing after the course. The Hypnobirth Class is a beautiful way to connect with your birth partner and prepare for the birth of your baby as a team!

12 hours of evidence-based birth education and labour techniques split up into 4x 3hr sessions.

​A postpartum virtual visit to check-in, if you feel comfortable having me in your postpartum space at that time.
